My name is Mike Van Bergen and I have been involved with internet marketing since 2005. After working as a senior executive in the electric utility business in Pennsylvania, I decided to take early retirement and my wife Lou Ann and I moved south to sunny Florida, built a new home in a beautiful community, joined the country club and just started to enjoy the retired life.

But like many that retire, I got bored just golfing and enjoying my 38′ yacht, I decided I needed to do something more than go golfing or boating even though I love doing both. Even during my management career, I always had a passion for the internet and decided to try my hand at internet marketing.

Since I was a so called “newbie”, I set out to learn everything I could about internet marketing. For the first couple of years I really didn’t make much money, but after a while things started to come together and now I’m making a lot more than I ever dreamed of…. but…. what a learning curve it was!

I started out getting interested in the affiliate marketing side of the business (mainly because I didn’t have any products of my own at the time) and then graduated on to other areas of internet marketing. Well to make a long story short, I went through a lot of stress, time and money finding out what works and what doesn’t.

So finally! After a year or so of struggling, things started to come together and I started making money. I was not only making money, but lots of it! I started to realize the potential of internet marketing! And from there it has given me more freedom to work when I want, go where I want and do the things that I and my wife want to do!

And…you can do the same, don’t give up!

I started to realize that there were literally thousands of ‘newbies’ just like i was (maybe not retired), but who were getting into internet marketing for one reason or another. They either were doing it as a hobby, maybe they just want to make extra money working at home or they just want to get out of the rat race. You know…get rid of their J.O.B (just over broke).

Anyway, I decided that I wanted to help those who wanted to be helped by providing my insights to internet marketing and affiliate marketing and hopefully save them from going through the same money, stress and time issues that I did when I first started marketing on the internet.

I started out with a simple website that would give people who are struggling, a source to find proven marketing tools and solutions for their online business, things that work!

Since then I have several websites that have automated my income and I have a small staff to help me on new projects, etc. I currently have a monthly newsletter called i-Net Marketing Success dedicated to providing proven and tested products, services and trainings that I have used and know they work. I must say it has come a long way from the days of sending out the old boring email newsletter in plain text.

I also have several products which are on the home page of this blog and a membership club called the Millionaire Mindset Club that is also dedicated to helping people not only with their internet business but with developing the right mindset to achieve success.
